“ L'autentica cucina spagnola a Piacenza. Dalla paella classica valenciana a quella più semplice vegetariana, aggiungendoci le immancabili tapas e la sangria che ben concilia tutto. Una cena semplicemente stellare. Faccio i miei complimenti anche per i dolci inaspettatamente buoni: non ricordavo che la crema catalana fosse così deliziosa; in più, non mi aspettavo che l'abbinamento fichi e gelato alla vaniglia sarebbe stata la mia portata preferita di tutto io servizio. Mi viene voglia di tornare presto in questo locale anche solo per tale dessert. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio: si vede che il cameriere ci tiene a quello che fa. Sempre pronto a intervenire e cordiale durante la gestione del tutto. Mai stata "piena" in tutti i sensi alla fine di una cena così come lo sono stata in questo caso. Non vediamo l'ora di provare il resto che il menù ha da offrire. ”
